What We Ate Wednesday

Yesterday was Wednesday, and boy did we eat! Scott and I were blessed with going out with friends and family several times over the past week - but by Wednesday we were so ready for a home cooked meal! I whipped up some Sausage & Spinach stuffed shells, and they were so tasty! We were so hungry that we ate it before I even thought about grabbing the camera - maybe next time!
